RETURN & EXCHANGE
Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
  • Nishat strictly follows the terms and conditions for return and exchange:
  • We try our best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their product purchases made online.
  • Customers should not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.
  • Customers can exchange articles from the Nishat Store one time only within 14 days from the order date, within the same category. Products must be in original condition, unused, with a price label attached and the invoice included.
  • Nishat will not accept returns or exchanges where proper care instructions are not followed.
  • Size exchanges for footwear are available within 10 days of order delivery for the same product.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-Store customers only, valid for 7 days and redeemable on the E-Store only.
  • If a Nishat Store is not available in your city, email us at [nishatonline@nishatmills.com](mailto:nishatonline@nishatmills.com) with your order ID stating the exchange case.
  • If the product is damaged/missing, please call us immediately at 042-38103311 after receiving the parcel.
  • Replacement will only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category, depending on stock availability.
  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our Nishat Online warehouse.
  • If the Nishat quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled, or not in original condition, we will not consider the return and exchange.
  • *Accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • *If South collection purchased online, it will be exchanged online only.

Section 2: Refund Policy
  • We do refund in exceptional cases; currently, we do not support a refund policy for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
  • *Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will be automatically applied to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in this period, please check with your bank. It may take time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Section 3: Shipping
  • All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 99.
  • For returns and exchanges, the customer should courier the product to:

  • Please mention the order number on the parcel.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Nishat E-store will bear all shipping costs if they provided damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders; otherwise, the customer will bear the shipment cost on returns and exchanges.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
  • We keep a track record of customer shipments after dispatch until smooth delivery with our courier service companies.
  • However, we cannot guarantee shipment delivery.
